Need help with something in Luminous? We're here for ya! Whether you’ve encountered a bug, have a question, or just need a hand, you’ve got a few quick ways to reach us:


🧠 Option 1: Use the Help & Tutorials Chat

The fastest way to get support is directly inside Luminous:

  1. Log into Luminous.

  2. Click on the ā€œHelp & Tutorialsā€ button (located in the lower-left corner of your screen — see screenshot below).

  3. From there, you can:

    • Ask Fin, our helpful AI assistant, to troubleshoot common issues or point you to a solution.

    • Type ā€œTalk to a personā€ at any time to reach a live support team member.

  4. Want to schedule time ahead of time? Just click the blue ā€œFind a timeā€ button to book a meeting with our support team!

We recommend including the following to help us investigate faster:
