Invoice Creation: Launch a Luminous invoice from within HubSpot using a guided pop-up—helping your sales team convert deals into financial documents quickly and accurately.
Line Item Sync: Invoice line items in Luminous are pre-filled based on the HubSpot deal’s line items, reducing manual entry and ensuring pricing accuracy.
Company & Contact Sync: We support syncing company and contact data from HubSpot into Luminous.
Optional Sales Order Form: We offer a custom form to help sales reps create sales orders in Luminous with correct pricing—especially useful if you're not using native Luminous quoting.
Current Limitations:
No Product Catalog Sync: Product data is not synced between systems and must be managed separately.
Invoices Are Not in HubSpot: Invoices are created and managed in Luminous only. They are linked to HubSpot deals, but not stored or visible as HubSpot-native invoices.
