How to Manage B2B Portal Images in Luminous

Luminous allows you to control which product images appear on your B2B portal. Follow these steps to ensure the desired images are displayed to your customers.

Step 1: Navigate to the Product in Luminous

  1. Log into your Luminous account.

  2. Find the product you want to update by navigating to the Products section in your account.


Step 2: Access the B2B Client Portal Images Section

  1. Open the product details page by selecting the specific product.

  2. Locate the section titled B2B Client Portal Images in the product details.


Step 3: Upload and Arrange Images

  1. Upload the images you want to display on the portal by adding them to the B2B Client Portal Images section.

  2. Arrange the images in the desired order:

    • The first image will be the hero image (the primary image displayed).

    • Additional images will appear in sequential order (second, third, fourth, and so on).


Step 4: Confirm Product Catalog Inclusion

Ensure that the product is part of the product catalog for the customer who will access the B2B portal. Only products in the catalog will display with their associated images.


Step 5: Verify Changes

  1. Access your B2B portal to confirm that the uploaded images are displayed correctly.

  2. Adjust the image order or update the selection in the B2B Client Portal Images section if necessary.


Now, your chosen product images will display on your B2B portal in the exact order you've specified, providing a seamless and professional presentation to your clients.
