Step 1: Navigate to the Sales CRM
Log into your Luminous account.
On the left-hand sidebar, click on Sales CRM under the Sales section.
Step 2: Locate the B2B Portal Button
In the Sales CRM interface, look for the B2B Client Facing Portal button in the top-right corner.
Click the button to access your portal.
Step 3: Access Your B2B Portal
Clicking the button will redirect you to your automatically generated B2B portal.
The URL will follow this format: yourdomainname.portal.luminosolutions.com.
Step 4: Check Your Portal Logo
The portal will display the logo configured in your Luminous System Settings.
To verify or update your logo, go to My Profile Settings in the bottom-left corner of the system.
The logo set here will automatically be applied to your B2B portal.
Your B2B portal is ready to use, complete with your branding and accessible to clients via the provided domain URL.
