How to Clean Purgatory

Purgatory is a tool that cleans the sales orders data received from your multiple sales channels. It ensures that products are mapping correctly.

This is a tool that cleans all of the sales data received into Luminous. It is important to ensure that SKU's are mapped properly and inventory is being deducted accordingly. All of this data cleaning results in more accurate inventory management, better purchasing decisions, and better forecasting.

2. Update Settings: Click on 3 Dots in Top Right -> "Settings"

3. Configure Settings / Indicate Auto Ignored SKU's/Products & Patterns

4. Use Bulk Inline Edit for Easier Data Cleansing/Mapping

5. Add as Alternate SKU's / Ignore Items Individually

6. Confirm Mapped Sales Orders

7. Run Auto Mapping or Reprocess Orders with Current Purgatory Settings
