In the bottom-left corner of Luminous, click your name.
Select Integrations.
Open the Integration Settings:
Locate your integration.
Click the three dots (•••) on the integration card.
Choose Manage Products.
Review Mapped Products:
You’ll see three columns:
Product Name (from Integration)
SKU (from integration)
LUM SKU (in Luminous)
This table shows how your integration's products are linked to Luminous SKUs.
Use the Actions > Auto Map feature for quick bulk product mapping
Filter to Show Active Listings:
Use the filter icon next to Stock Level Pulled.
Select Has Stock to view only listings that currently have inventory, helping you focus on active, relevant products.
Verify and Update Mappings:
If a SKU is not mapped, use the Click to Search SKU field to search for and assign an existing product in Luminous.
If the correct SKU doesn’t exist yet in Luminous:
Open a new tab and manually create the product.
Alternatively, export the table via right-click > Export to Excel, update the file, and re-import to map SKUs in bulk.
Notes and Clarifications:
Product Imports: SKUs are initially imported through tools like the Master SKU Import under Tools > Imports. This allows you to create or update existing SKUs and map them by column headers.
Do Products Pull Automatically?
Yes, product data is pulled automatically from Amazon.
However, manual verification and mapping are recommended to ensure accuracy—especially when products are newly listed or inactive.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Inventory not syncing for a product?
Check the Manage Products page to verify it’s properly mapped to a Luminous SKU.
Missing SKUs?
Use the Excel export/import method for bulk updates, or manually create and map missing SKUs in Luminous.
